• Changes and Cancellations

  • If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Ottilia & Eden are the intellectual property of Ottilia & Eden unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted the use of the final design only for the specific project for which it was created.

We allow the sharing and use of our online materials, including but not limited to photos, text, and other content found on our website or provided during the course of our services, for non-commercial purposes only. However, the following conditions apply:
